Hello
With over 20 years’ experience in bookkeeping and administration, I understand just how overwhelming managing the day-to-day finances and admin of a business can be. I am a qualified AAT Bookkeeper and have worked both employed and self-employed throughout my career, supporting businesses across a range of industries and sizes.

This new venture was created with one clear purpose: to relieve the stress business owners face when they need reliable bookkeeping and administrative support but aren’t in a position to employ a full-time member of staff. Many businesses reach a point where the paperwork, deadlines, and financial admin start to distract from running and growing the business — that’s where I step in.

My core focus is accurate, compliant bookkeeping, ensuring records are kept in line with UK regulations and HMRC requirements. I support clients with day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT, CIS, and preparation of records for accountants, helping businesses stay organised, informed, and compliant at all times.

Alongside bookkeeping, I offer flexible virtual administrative support, including email and calendar management, data entry, and general business admin. My aim is to remove the stress from both the numbers and the paperwork, giving you clarity, confidence, and the freedom to focus on growing your business.
My Story
My career in administration and finance began straight from school, when I knew early on that I enjoyed organisation, problem-solving, and making sense of the details that keep businesses running smoothly. By the age of 21, I had completed my Business Administration NVQ Level 4 and was already building hands-on experience in a variety of sectors.

Over the years, I’ve worked across a broad range of industries including construction, local authority services, extended services, and early years settings. This variety has given me a strong understanding of how different organisations operate and the unique pressures business owners face day to day.

I first qualified in computerised accounts in 2005, gaining my Sage certification and using those skills to progress into senior and managerial finance roles. As my career developed, I continued to build on my knowledge and experience, taking on increasing responsibility and supporting businesses at a strategic level.

In 2016, while working full time and raising my son, I returned to college part time to complete my AAT Level 3 qualification. It was challenging, but incredibly worthwhile. This step proved pivotal in my career and ultimately led to me securing a Head of Finance role in 2020 — a position that allowed me to combine leadership with hands-on financial management.

In 2025, that role was sadly made redundant, leaving me at a crossroads. After some reflection, I realised it was the perfect opportunity to use everything I had learned over the past 20 years to build something of my own.

That’s when this business was born.

I recognised that many small and growing businesses need reliable bookkeeping and administrative support but simply aren’t in a position to employ a full-time accounts or admin team. Yet these tasks — bookkeeping, compliance, admin support, travel and event planning — are essential and can quickly become overwhelming when added to an already busy workload.

My aim is to take that pressure away.

I now provide flexible, professional bookkeeping and virtual admin support tailored to each client’s needs. I work with a range of software and systems and am a Xero Certified Advisor, with strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage. This allows me to adapt easily to the systems my clients already use and ensure their records are accurate, organised, and compliant with UK requirements.

At the heart of my business is a commitment to reliability, clarity, and genuine support. I pride myself on being approachable, detail-focused, and invested in helping my clients feel confident and in control of their finances — without the stress.
